Since 1968 Pacific Metal Stampings has specialized in producing components for hundreds of aerospace, automotive, electronic, military, and industrial customers. We operate 27 punch presses, ranging in size from 22 to 110 tons, which produce simple and complex shapes from dies produced in our own tool and die department.

Low Cost Tooling

At Pacific Metal Stampings we have developed a master die to contain our proprietary die components. These components are produced quickly and accurately on our CNC machining centers and our wirte EDM machines.

Pacific Metal Stampings is located in Southern California, thirty miles north of Los Angeles, where the 5 and 126 freeways intersect, in Valencia.

Pacific Metal Stampings Inc. has been serving the metal fabrication and short run stamping needs of the San Fernando Valley, the greater Los Angeles County, Ventura County, San Diego County and other areas within California for over forty years.

We have shipped parts throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico as well as shipped overseas to Australia, Costa Rica, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Japan, France, and other parts of the world.

Lean Award Winner

While the trend has been to move manufacturing operations off shore in an effort to stay competitive in today's world economy, Pacific Metal Stampings took a different approach.

With the assistance of the Employee Training Institute at the College of the Canyons in Valencia, CA, Pacific Metal Stampings enrolled over half of their employees in Lean Manufacturing classes, consisting of 140 hours of training over a 12 month period.

As a result of the training, the thru-put average dropped from 5 weeks to a remarkable 5 days. On-time delivery improved by seventy percent. Work in process was reduced by forty percent, while allowing for a 40 percent increase in capacity.
